Tangled is Disney’s adaptation of the classic story of Rapunzel.
And it looks like a riot.
Shrek 4 is not that great, but it will probably still get nominated.

While making this, I forgot How To Train Your Dragon existed, so this may not be a totally accurate prediction of the future. I’m saying that How To Train Your Dragon was amazing.
Plot:
Summer Hours centers on an inheritance, a country house filled with a valuable art collection. The eldest son would like to keep the house while his two siblings who live abroad would rather the house be sold. From this simple conflict rises a meditation on the value of objects, how sentiment and emotion can transform belongings into things of actual value. (via)
Olivier Assayas’ L’Heure d’été (Summer Hours) awfully sounds like Tanging Yaman (dir. Laurice Guillen) - three siblings settling a familial issue concerning their ancestral home while the matriarch is suffering from illness/dying.
And of course, Tanging Yaman, being a Star Cinema product, has to be overly melodramatic! Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but if you want to see a quieter and more realistic take on this sort of theme, you have to see Summer Hours.

Illegal Machete Trailer
This version is not from one of the fake trailers in Grindhouse. This is for the upcoming standalone, full-blown movie of Danny Trejo as the titular Machete. Also starring are Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Lindsay Lohan, Steven Seagal and Robert de Niro. Awesome clip.
